Third Party Liability - A Third Party is any person other than a Passenger as defined in the law and shall also exclude a member of the household, or a member of the family within the second degree of consanguinity or affinity of a mother vehicle owner or his employee in respect of death, bodily injury or damage to property arising out of and in the course of employment.
Own Damage - It is a coverage against loss or or damage to your vehicle caused by accident, fire, explosions, lightning, riots, stikes or act of terrorism while you are on the road
Theft - Coverage of your car in case it is stolen
Excess Bodily Injury - It pertains to the amount that can still be claimed when the aggregate Limits of Liability under the CTPL coverage has already been exhausted.
Property Damage - This covers the damage you or someone driving the car with your permission may cause to someone else's car. It also includes damages to lamp posts, telephone poles, fences, building or other structures your motor vehicle may hit.
Personal Accident - If you have an accident and you or any of your passengers get seriously hurt or die, this cover will pay a percentage of how much your car is insured for.
Acts of Nature - Damages done by earthquakes, typhoons, hurricanes, and volcanic eruptions
